By using Sand + Fog - Investment in Relaxation’s website or purchasing products from our shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our site or place any orders.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Sand + Fog is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to protect your credentials.

Placing Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed items from Sand + Fog.
Sand + Fog reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Declines are rare and may be related to payment verification issues or stock shortages.
All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. If a pricing error is identified before shipment, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers during checkout. We do not retain full payment card information on our servers.
To maintain fairness, purchase of perfume oils is limited to five per scent per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled.

Shipping

Sand + Fog ships to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please verify the address is accurate as we cannot reroute packages after dispatch.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once the order leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We will help track shipments but do not take responsibility for carrier delays or losses.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property
